Since 1996 Les has been training Clients to overcome their struggles with injuries and fitness. He enjoys getting to know all his clients and helping people explore new areas of fitness. With 15 different certifications under his belt and training experience since 1996, it is safe to say that Les can handle any type of challenge or injury you may have. Running, Road Biking, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Trail Running, Tough Mudders, Mud Runs, and Triathlons are some of the activities Les enjoys with his clients. Encouraging others to push their own personal boundaries and to never give up on themselves is just part of what Les has to offer.
Margaret has been involved with the fitness industry since 1992. She took a break from it to attend Chapman University. After graduating from Chapman University she returned to her interest of fitness & health. This time with a better understanding of the weight issues that women go through after having children, and a greater passion to help teach other women to balance weight gain & LIFE. Margaret has completed numerous cycling centuries, triathlons, 5k's, 10k's, ½ marathons. She has hiked Half Dome & Mt. Whitney. When Margaret is not with her family, you can find her cycling to the beach, mountain biking through Santiago Oaks Canyon, or learning how to ride a motorcycle. Between family, work, and hobbies, she takes the time to help out local charities, church, and schools. Margaret's motto: "You don't have to be great to start, but you do have to start to be great."

Since 2005 Richard has helped clients achieve their personal goals and reach beyond those goals. Richard is recognized for having an extremely positive, kind, and motivational attitude. He is a highly accredited trainer with certifications through APEX, NESTA, NCCPT, and CPR certified. One of his favorite past times in signing up for events with clients and seeing them cross the finish line! He has competed in over 100 events and still continues to encourage clients to compete. His goal as a trainer has always been to introduce clients to new experiences. Here are some events that he loves to participate in: 5k & 10k run, half marathons, Century Bike Rides, Triathlons, Mountain Biking, Mud Runs, and extreme obstacle course races.

Since 2009 Anthony has been a part of the OT Fitness Family. To say he is dedicated would be an understatement. He pours 100% of himself into training each one of his clients. He will push you to your max potential! Running is one of his passions and he enjoys sharing that passion with his clients. Anthony is certified through NCCPT and CPR Certified. He has competed in several 5k & 10k runs, Half Marathons, Duathalons, and Mud Runs. Many of his clients participate in these events with incredible results! His motivation is intoxicating and he would love to help you hit that next level of fitness you are looking for.
Nicole has danced all of her life competitively and professionally. She has taught dance at The Art of Dance and Ballet. She was also the dance choreography president and dance teacher for under-classmen at Canyon High school. She loves fitness and wants to make a difference in people's lives. She also volunteers her time at The Burn Survivor Association. She has participated in many running events such as 5k, 10k, half marathons, mud runs, and fun runs. She aspires to one day be a fitness trainer and help clients reach their goals.
